Simply easy to deal with. That’s really all I can say

Every thing was good but no indication of stairs at our location

it was so easy to book and comfrim my dates.

Ground floor for disability access was a plus. Only problem is the upper unit making too much heavy walk early in the morning. No air conditioner.

The location was great, and the view exquisite.
What was disappointing was preparing for a bbq the first night and opening the gas powered bbq only to find a rusty and dirty grill. I would highly recommend that either it be replaced or cleaned appropriately before a new guest arrives. Also, the use of the outdoor spa needs to prepared prior to a guest arriving. If a guest does not own a spa and is not aware of the maintenance and preparation of the water, it is not appropriate to assume the guest will figure it out. PH level, water quality, chlorination level, etc need to be verified by the owner prior to rental. Those are the 2 suggestions that I would make but other than that all was great.

Accurate listings and descriptions of houses or places. They are what you see in the pictures when you get there. Easy to use app and to book and connections to property manager.

The house was very nice, but we were given the wrong address and wasted over an hour trying to get in. The host was unavailable for an emergency. A neighbor directed us to the correct entrance.

It was quick and easy. The host got back to me quickly.

Extremely clean. Outstanding location. Quiet, perfect for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Loved every minute.

Great beds too!

Rental was exactly as described. Everything you could possible need was on the premises. Bedrooms were a bit small but had everything you needed. They were a little warm at night having doors closed for privacy. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Would rent again!

Our stay was okay. Great location. But we found multiple hairs in the bed, on the floor and in the clean towels. Also noticed centipede like bugs in the room, and had to kill two of them. The lady who was on housekeeping was cleaning our room, around 3:30 on Sunday and she told us we needed to wait for her to finish, we explained we had a wedding to attend and needed to get ready, she said “fine” and said she would come back. Once we were ready we apologized to her again, and she didn’t really acknowledge us. Wasn’t a very hospitable experience from housekeeping. It was O.K place to sleep for the weekend, but I would stay elsewhere in the future.

Clean place. Easy to check-in. Communication is clear and in timely manner. Great accommodation overall.

Paid too much money for the booking, was listed as fishing heaven, but water was full of weeds. Had problems walking up and down the hill to unpack and then to pack car on leaving

The booking process was easy and Lynn was responsive to my questions. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-kept, and Lynn is an amazing cook - the breakfasts were delicious!

Started on a positive note with an early check in allowed. The property has a great location to the hill and very close to the pool. Lots of stairs to get to the unit and within the unit but manageable. The unit itself is showing its age - screen doors require replacing, a broken vase in the corner, aging appliances with broken shelf in fridge etc. Overall a good stay until I received an email stating they had charged my credit card $100.00 for a key they claim they did not receive. I had left one set in the lock box and one on the kitchen counter. I know with 100% certainty both sets were left. They refused to credit the amount back. I will not be returning.

It would have been great, except there was no hot water!

Customer service agents have no power. Multiple calls same issue. Issue was never resolved. Agents kept deferring to host who we were not able to contact.

Perfect location. Very clean apartment. East check in.
