Thanks for taking the time to share this. It’s really frustrating when a car wash is unreliable, especially when it seems to happen both in the mornings and later in the day. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
If the wash gets stuck or doesn’t start, it’s usually related to a technical fault, and our support team can often help get things running again. Still, we know that having to call at all takes away from the convenience, and that’s something we’re continuously working to improve.

I washed my car again today with premium shine.
Please find the attached photos and video of the car after the wash. It just washed and rinsed the water. I am not sure whether you have the polishing and wax service at Wash World Grimstad. Completely unsatisfactory for me for the second time.
