I invested a lot of USDT and USDC in…

I invested a lot of USDT and USDC in their LamboInvest product. They changed tokens to USDT -WXG and USDC-WXG with 0.15 USDT value. They robbed me of approximately 90,000 USD. I have invested in their product for 3 years. They are frauds.

You will loose your money, even stable coins

I was with waves many years. Since it’s last token’s rename in April 2023 all deposit value decreased in half or more. I had USDT, now it becomes USDT-WXG with half priced value. Not possible to withdraw any token. WX gateways don’t work, other gateways claimed to be working with up to 2 week delay.

Update: the money was received, I slightly edited the review, but still 1 star for half amount of money just gone.

No withdrawal, they only take your money

WATCH OUT. They seduce investors by high stack rewards. Once you try to withdraw, it doesn't work. They control withdraws manually. An advice for future investors, never invest in a platform that doesn't have discord.

little slow on the liquidity but otherwise they're working on creating a little eco system that is hard to find other places in finance. the neutrino stables are quite interesting as well as the liquidity pools. of course be careful with your money but better to learn here than get robbed on wall street

WAVES has so much potential

WAVES has so much potential. One important suggestion is for Waves to replace the word "unverified" to "community" for new tokens. Also Sasha the founder of Coinomat should address the problem of LOST WUSD and WEUR to remove SCAM from online searches.

waves.exchange scammed 2500$ with me

waves exchange scam with me. I was holding an egg token( all time high 2500$) in wave exchange since April, after they change contact of egg, they are not giving me my egg back. I contact with them, they said - wait ! we will give you update

after waiting long, I contact with them now they said ------

"""""We have previously reviewed your request and our algorithms detected suspicious activity on the account you specified, our specialists also confirmed suspicious activity. Your account has not been marked as whitelisted and will not be able to perform the swap. You can continue to use this account, but you will not be able to swap your old EGG tokens for new ones.""

this is totally not true. their intention is different... Please make a video and inform everyone about them.

This is my wallet, anyone can check to understand their scamming-

All my money has disappeared

All my money has disappeared. About 2500 dollars of waves which I staked has disappeared and now I cannot log in.

AVOID IT IS A SCAM THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!!!

UPDATE
I contacted waves support this morning and there were no help whatsoever. They claim that there are no logs of the transaction.

In order to unstake or move assets you need two factor authentication. I received no email of phone requests for confirmation. Both my phone and email account have not been compromised. My security is tight. The only explanation is this is an inside job from within waves exchange itself. I am a software engineer so I have some idea of how this could have been done.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE WAVES EXCHANGE. IF YOU HAVE MONEY ON THIS EXCHANGE REMOVE IT IMMEDITATLY. PLEASE LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAM EXCHANGE.

Poor to little customer service, beware minimum amount for deposits

Poor to little customer service. I hadn’t noticed the minimum investment amount on my eth transfer. As a new crypto investor I had been told to transfer a small amount into any wallet/ exchange first to make sure there were no issues with addressing/ fees etc. I had transferred some tether without issue so thought things were all good. Only realised it was still pending recently but only on waves as Etherium transfer had completed successfully. When contacting so called support to see if I could increase the amount to push the transaction through I was told it couldn’t be done.
Beware these sneaky waves people, as the deposit process doesn’t enforce their min amounts. Although it’s written in their maze of help pages, not obvious, so beware your crypto disappears into nothing apparently. Just wonder how many small transactions they have kept?

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY!
Not willing to help you if you lost your 2FA device. I have been able to recover my access on all exchanged except Waves Exchange. They told me it is impossible for them to disable the 2FA on my account. I have lost all my funds I staked on the platform!

Two inaccessible accounts, no "help"

Can't access first account. Thankfully nothing in it. Opened second on one device, tried to access on another, system demands creation of additional code, no explanation what or why or how to use. Customer service can't/won't tell me what or why different access for diff devices, will that "code" lock me out of second acct? Sends me on loops to "help" articles that don't help, wants screenshots of their own system across devices into chat (impossible). Now I have two inacessible accounts! Only exchange for WESA token? Further, their fiat servicer will not service USA customers. Hours spent trying to resolve, nothing resolved.
