Product Details Each 10 metre pack of mini-pack hog casings can produce up to 5 kilograms of sausages. They are specifically designed for home users who want to create small batches at a time and are perfect for making Cumberland-style sausages. The casings are preserved in salt and sealed in a food-grade vacuum bag to ensure maximum protection and a long shelf life. To prepare the casings for use, simply soak them in warm water for 3 to 4 hours, or preferably overnight. After soaking, slide them onto the nozzle, and they will be ready for filling. If you have any casings left over, store them in a vacuum bag or a Tupperware container and re-salt them for future use. Product Features - 10mtr per pack. - Calibre 34/36mm., - Will produce Cumberland-style sausage. - Each pack makes a 5kg batch of sausages.
