Excellent service throughout.
I have received three cars this year with the help from Debbie at Lexus and Chris from Swansway. Their customer service was excellent right from the beginning, from the quote to the delivery of the vehicles they kept me updated throughout. There has been delays however this has been a problem with the car industry as a whole. It was explained to me from the beginning.
I would highly recommend.

Cars claimed to be in stock no longer available , not very impressed with very poor up to date information. Will probably end up having to purchase or lease a 2nd hand vehicle. This is the first time ever I have attepted to obtain a vehicle this way , and need one quite quickly as just had medical permission to restart driving

Personal experience
I have referred to this website and service over the last six years or so, including receiving the updates every few days, and I do like the clarity and the immediacy of the website.
Notably, I have only given four stars to the website, which is because on a previous occasion an offer was shown and when I requested a quotation, the deal was considerably more expensive that the one on offer. To be fair to What Car Leasing, they immediately addressed the matter and the errant dealer was subsequently 'advised' and their offer was corrected.
I accept that the issue was not of What Car's making, but it was nevertheless an offer on their website.
I am currently using the site to arrange for a car replacement and have just submitted a request for a quote from one of the dealers, so let's see how we go on.
