I just told you. At the very least, the words with the first letter a part of his name should have been enlarged and a different color. You can’t even tell it’s personalized until the last page. It’s his least favorite book.

With our bestselling Lost My Name series (consisting of The Little Boy/Girl Who Lost Their Name, The Little Boy/Girl Who Found Their Friends and The Little Boy/Girl Who Dared To Dream), we wanted to do something a bit different from other personalized picture books on the market at the time. Rather than slotting the child's name into a pre-written story, we were the first to create a personalized story built entirely around the child's name.
In all three of these books, the child goes on a special journey discovering adventure, friendship and kindness, and how to follow their dreams. Each letter of their name changes the content of the story and the characters within it, so a child called Charlie and a child called Amelia will experience a very different journey in their respective books.
Rather than simply inserting their name throughout the pages, the child's name itself becomes the story and creates a sense of mystery and intrigue. Over the years since our first book was launched, we've found that the magical moment of the "big reveal" at the end of the book has been key to the enjoyment and success of the series.
We of course want all our customers to be happy with their books, and we do offer a fully personalized page by page preview as part of the ordering process. We also offer other titles which feature the child's name throughout the story.

I have been a customer since "Lost my name", the books are always well made. However, recent changes is customization have left me unsure if I will continue ordering. The lack of customization that is currently available versus the past customization is a real let down. If I buy a book for "Nicholas" now; every Nicholas receives the same book instead of each book being unique.
