Ordered the book "On your first mother's day" with Wonderbly. Due to the incompetence of PostNL, the package had been damaged beyond repair. This was "not" wonderbly's fault by any means. I contacted them and explained how the package had been received with pictures attached. Within 24 hours they reacted and told me they would replace the item free of charge and sent me a confirmation email afterwards. Finally a company that truly understands what service means, nowadays, that is very rare.... unfortunately. Exceptional and friendly service, would recommend buying with them.
