I ordered this product on April 10th for my wife's first Mother's Day. Today is May 10th, and the book hasn't arrived yet, so I haven't gotten my wife a gift. Congratulations on your shameful service

Shipping takes around 4 weeks I was thinking it never arrived on time But It did and I am very happy with the result People over there are friendly and helpfull Many thanks
My wife loved this product. It was her first mother’s day and I wanted it to be meaningful. She loved this book. I highly recommend to anyone who may be interested. The book came a day before expected delivery date!
I’m extremely disappointed with Wonderbly. I placed my order on 4/15 with an estimated delivery date of 5/1—well ahead of Mother’s Day. I did my due diligence, ordering early for my wife’s first Mother’s Day, expecting a meaningful keepsake. The book never arrived. Customer service offered to replace the book, but the replacement won’t arrive until late May, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a “First Mother’s Day” book. There was no refund offered, just excuses and delays. A company selling time-sensitive, sentimental gifts should be reliable. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly heartbreaking for such an important milestone. I would not recommend Wonderbly if timing matters at all.

I am very disappointed have not got a book an order within over a month. My wife and I just had our first and this would’ve had helped her so much with her emotions. Great idea but sad when paying for shipping to come in sooner does not come in one ordered over a month ago something to think about
