Nice approach
regrettable. The company made me pay for the shipment to arrive on time for Christmas and despite having paid it, they have broken their word, we have changed the year and as of January 6th, already past the holidays, I still have not received it. It is impossible to contact them to cancel the shipment and return the money as well as the false transportation service.
