So we do offer a fully personalised, page by page preview as part of the ordering process to help aid the decision making and ensure there are no surprises when the order arrives.
In The Christmas Snowflake the main character is a little Snowflake on a journey to find the perfect family. On her travels she will see the names of the family members three times. First, the wind whispers some familiar names to her, then she sees the same names embroidered on a few festive stockings hanging on a warm fireplace through a window. Then realising that she's found home at last, little snowflake lies down to sleep on a book, and the name of every family member shows through her crystals beautifully.

Read this story on line and was delighted. When the book arrived it was excellent quality and was as gorgeous as online showed it to be. I decided after ordering to add the day and date to our personal message which means it will always be recorded when the gift was given. The other thing was the packaging the book was sent in. It was firmly packed in a sturdy box which meant there was very little chance of it getting damaged. Not a cheap purchase but I can’t say how many times I have read the story myself, i’am not wrapping it up until I have to.
