Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I have a Treats card which I've had for years and which I never seem to get any points through from on my email. I emailed them to question this, and spoke to them on the phone, and they said it can't be registered to my email as another card has been linked online when I created an account online (which has no points). You cannot add or change a physical reward card to your account, or even add it to a brand new account you create. So I've spent hundreds of pounds which are now just stuck on this useful card.

Fantastic customer service. My order arrived one day late but as soon as highlighted this to customer service my delivery fee was refunded immediately.
Delivery delays happen but when it’s resolved as quickly as this really shows how much a company cares

I was told my collection would be…
I was told my collection would be available from 12pm, I had no confirmation email. Fortunately I work near the shop so called in my lunch hour. Asked if they had parcel for me, no hadn't. So took said item off shelf and gave to lady at the till and advised this is the item ive come collect. She was very apologetic and bagged item accordingly. She said you will prob get email now. Which I did.
