The company should communicate in multiple languages, as the services are not only used bij Spanish-speaking customers. Additionally, the company needs to enforce its rules more strictly. Travellers often occupy multiple spots to sleep, leaving no available seating for others. Moreover, children sometimes cause inconvenience to other visitors by running through the premises. Exiting by car was not fair. Two lanes were formed, with the left lane moving much faster. This process should be organized much better. The staff should speak English.
