It's a shame the service will end in November 2026 as this had been our preferred cross-channel route

A really nice place to cross, much more laid back than Dover to Calais. Could do with more comfortable seating on board and on deck. It’s a reasonably long crossing to sit in a hard chair or to stand outside as there are very very limited seats on deck

Did what it said on the tin. Breaks / deals were for two nights 3 days a third would have been better.

Generally good from Britanny Ferries again, late departure from France but no fault of the ferry company, only downside is how long foot passengers have to wait to disembark, both in Poole and Cherbourg, there doesn’t seem to be any urgency to get passengers off, stood around in the lounge waiting for what it turns out was a staff member to open a door, a hundred yard bus journey in Poole seems a little unnecessary too when you could walk it in 30 seconds

Very good ferry. Efficient and comfortable. Only issue was how much our quote went up in the couple of weeks we took to actually book it! From£280 to £362. Otherwise great service.

Considering I was first to check-in and 1 of the last to be loaded only to be kept on the ship in France until the very end and the crew having to lift the entire ships deck to let me pass through ! This is surely crisis management. the lower decks had cars on them which we could have driven straight out without the wasted time and effort from the crew ,not to mention my time and nearly hitting a transporter loading the ship before we had left the ship . Don’t think I’ll be using you again !

An excellent gateway to access Northern France. The Poole / Cherbourg route is perfect for us with an 08.30 departure, and 4½ hrs crossing.

Good food and a pleasant crossing, we loved Charlotte singing in the bar.

Not very happy with Aferry as I had to cancel through health reasons, and could not get any sort of refund

Nice sailing, all straightforward, Poole ferry port leaves a lot to be desired, cafe closed, coffee machine out of order, vending machine empty, not what you call good in catering for passengers, did not use food onboard but as you can expect fairly expensive

Ferry was pretty empty, maybe reduce the cost and get more customers?
