My trip with this boat was advanced a day, which was announced one or two days before departure. The boat left more than an hour late and arrived an hour late as well. During my boat travel, I carried quite a bit of luggage and had zero support. For some reason, space near the cars was not facilitated for me to store my luggage, and I was asked to carry it to the 5th deck, all by myself. On the 5th deck, I was pointed to a luggage cage outside on the deck of the ship. The next day, I could pick up my then-wet luggage again. In the cabin, I stayed with no towels, and too little toilet paper and bin bags were provided. For 2 GB of wifi, you had to pay €12, and in general, on this trip, no one gave you a helping hand. Throughout the journey, very little information was provided about your stay or the progression of the trip. The food of the buffet was nice, but due to the huge waves, my two roommates, me, and other people on the ship got very sick. I will think twice the next time I consider traveling by boat.
