We were declined to board (Bejaia-Sete on 15/08/2026) because we arrived few minutes late. They did not listen to us. Over 22 families with young children were declined to board just because of few minutes late due to various reasons including heavy and unusual traffic. There was plenty of time to get us boarded as there was at least 5 hours before the boat sets off. The GNV representant (GNV Bejaia was closed on Saturday 15/08/2026), We've contacted GNV Italy, they referred us to GNV France but we've got nothing out of them. We had to buy a new ticket and travel the following day with Corsica Linea. This was my first ever experience with GNV.
