Complaint We paid for lunch and dinner. But the restaurant doors were closed. At the reception we were rudely told that we were late and that was our problem. This unpleasant and inhuman attitude made me write you a letter. We asked the employees 3 times when dinner was, and no one told us that the time was not changed and remained Greek time. It was our first time sailing on this ferry and we didn’t know that the time didn’t change, and what’s more, the rules didn’t include this information in the tickets. So we were left without dinner and with a humiliating attitude at the reception. You can, of course, leave my complaint unanswered, but our recommendation is that you add information in more detail about the restaurant and time. Otherwise, you can completely ruin your reputation.
