If a customer turns up early but ends up being one of last cars off this seems wrong. Overall i was impressed but feel a couple more staff ensure housekeeping in the lounge areas is needed. Not much of a discontinuo for booking early. I hope these points are taken in the constructive way they are made. Thankyou
