I am a frequent traveller with Stena. There is a loyalty scheme but I don't know how to get information about it or use the scheme. I don't rate the food or the cost of food and drink. I do a minimum of 3 return trips a year and it is a major expense to me I would like more help with that and I recognise I may not be helping myself with that with the current loyalty scheme. The staff are very welcoming friendly and efficient. The facilities are very clean.
