Staff in restaurant and throughout ship were very friendly. On car deck too. Staff are your star points of service. I would have appreciated being told that the duty free shop was about to close as we missed it by minutes. Our cabin was clean and good . BUT...... CABIN 913 HAD A PERSISTENT NOISE - once we were at sea ..... a totally constant high pitched trilling that meant I got NO sleep for the whole crossing and my two companions got only a little sleep. It was not the thrumming of the ship's engines. Please have staff go in there and listen once ship is at sea - it was like torture. Something needs fixing. Urgently. No time to report it as we hurried to our car to disembark. Not had this on other crossings, so I felt frazzled for our onward journey across N. Ireland and Eire.

Easy to book tickets. Staff at check-in friendly as were the parking staff on board. Ship very clean and lounge comfortable. Would use again.
very good service except for the fish & chip meal which I found quite greasy & there seemed to be more batter than fish which was disappointing. Staff very good.
First time experience easy embarkation Had evening meal good food choices Booked cabin which although small had decent bed size and en-suite bathroom everything spotless Rooms really quiet so excellent nights sleep. Disembarkation again easy Really enjoyed experience would highly recommend
Book Directly With Stena Line I will Never use AFERRY.COM EVER AGAIN! I will book directly with Stena Line. I had to ammend my sailing due to a vehicle breakdown. Luckily ( as I thought) i had paid Aferry for the insurance to do this. I then had to pay an additional £36 as well as the insurance premium i had alread paid to ammend the booking, which I thought was odd because the insurance is supposed to cover the amendment.. Aferry took the money and sent me the ammended confirmation booking. On arrival at the dock in Liverpool the lady advised my booking wasn't valid and it transpired that Aferry had confirmed my ammended booking without actually ensuring there was adequate space on the ferry! It turned out the ferry was fully booked!! Aferry had only addded to the already stress of the vehicle breakdown and urgency to get to the port.!! Luckily!! The super kind and lovely lady (Tracy) at Stena Line customer service did absolutely everything she could and was so so helpful in every way to accommodate my son and i on our final leg of our trip. They allowed us to wait in a separate area in our vehicle until booking had closed and was then able to pull a logistical miracle out of the bag and get us on the ferry to Belfast! Stena Line you were amazing and i promise to always book directly in future! Aferry your service was worse than horrible, costly, incompetent, stressful, inconvenient and unfair!! Please remove the title of ' Worlds best ferry service' from your website page immediately! Probably Best Not To Use Aferry If You Want Peace Of Mind Ferry Travel
Efficiency & comfortable Stena Plus lounge & sailing.
It was authentic and I enjoyed my stay.Kind stuff
The onboard meals are too expensive.
The experience was excellent, the crew was extremely professional.
So comfortable no issues and so clean and also the toilet is so clean All through
I’d never gone from Liverpool to Belfast before but found the whole experience very good
Very convenient in every department
Excellent
Everything was first class no problems at all, as usual. Have used Stena Line several times over the years and cannot fault them. Will carry on using them in year’s to come.
Nowhere in the confirmation email, or anywhere obvious on the website did it mention that you have to be at the terminal at least an hour before the sailing time. As a result, I missed my sailing, and had to rebook to a late-night sailing from a port 200 miles away from where I was originally. I am extremely annoyed by this, and I *very strongly* suggest that you add this information prominently to the booking confirmation emails and the booking pages on the website.
Fantastic experience
everything is ok, only the cruise is long, 8 hours. The ferry could go faster 😅
