On August 13th my mom and I both had an appointment for dentures. My mom needed a replacement of dentures and they charged her $1,650.00. My mom since she received her dentures she had two adjustments so far and needing a 3 adjustment. The dentures are poor fitting and too tight for her and they hurt her gums badly. She can’t talk or eat with them and the keep falling from her mouth. Everytime you call they don’t answer the phone or return your calls after leaving messages. Supposed to wear for nine months that they charge me for. My price was $6,385.00. Since receiving my dentures they don’t fit properly and I can’t eat with them or talk with them. My gums are swollen and very sore. They keep falling out my mouth. Now remind you I got my dentures on August 13th and on September 14th I got an adjustment and on September 15th I could not put back in
My mouth and they kept falling out and hurting my gums so bad. I called my regular dentist for an appointment to examine my gums because when I told the doctor my gums so sore he said that was normal and he was very rude and disrespectful when I told him it hurts . All they do is force the teeth in your mouth and don’t examine your mouth to see how it is doing or listening to you. In this office it is a lot young people. My mom both been calling the office but the voicemail keep coming on and they don’t answer the phones. This office needs to be shut down. My mom and I are in the process disputing a refund back and will be reporting them to the BBB and their corporate office. This is very unacceptable how they treat their customers. I regret ever going to this location. They don’t care about you as a patient or your concerns. Please do not go to this this office.

While the staff is friendly enough when you are standing right in front of them, communication is terrible—they rarely return phone calls or messages. Scheduling is entirely based on their convenience, not the patient's. On two separate occasions, I showed up for my scheduled appointments only to be told that no service was available for me that day.Worse, my dentures fit so poorly that they are completely unusable. When I went back to address the bad fit, I was told I had to pay an additional consultation fee. The financial process felt very predatory. They pressure you to make expensive financial decisions right there in the chair. If you ask to think about it and come back later, they strip away your initial consultation credit and charge you full price. As seniors on a fixed income, this pricing structure does not match the terrible quality of service provided. To top it off, they have two doctors on staff, but for some unknown reason, I was restricted to only seeing one.I now have to scrap these completely useless dentures and go to a different dentist to start the entire process over again. Avoid this place if you want dentures you can actually use.
