The range of products on-site is amazing and the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Just as well after a 200-mile trip to collect.

Sadly, the product I purchased is letting the company down. I bought several Eco Boards to replace some very tired wooden fence panels. The description of 'maintenance free' was particularly attractive to me. Once installed (easy DIY job) they looked brilliant. However, just six months later, they have faded really badly and are now just a very light brown instead of the walnut colour I purchased.

After I asked for suggestions to get the colour back is where the service has wobbled. I was advised to 'hose it down' (not sure how long they thought that would last) or paint it.

If you're OK with faded panels after only six months, then Eco Boards are probably a good solution. Mine will be coming out to be replaced by something more colour-fast.

Rang this company over 3 weeks ago and still not even had a courtesy call nor nothing. Chased them after a week giving details again. If you don’t want the work then please advise customers instead of keeping them waiting, customer service costs nothing,

Staff members were helpful and didn’t have to wait long for them to bring order to my car and help load it

The product range is huge with lots of options to choose from. The pricing offers excellent value for money and delivery is very efficient.

Amazing service from start to finish. Went to Castleford to see a sample fencing panel, went home to remeasure then ordered online. Communication was brilliant throughout and delivery was bang on time, exactly 7 days as promised. Would highly recommend this company.

I've used Atkinsons for 10+ years spending literally £1000's and £1000's. My loyalty has now gone - it's all about the money with them now. Exhorbitant cost to collect an overpriced frame from 4 miles away. Absolute zero understanding of customer service or thought for further returning sales. My many recommendations will now sadly turn to avoid as I cannot reccomend a company that simply refers to terms and conditions.
