This was a trip for me and my family 1st time on a safari. Ben listened to everything I was hoping to get out of the holiday, and all my expectations were realised. All the flights and transfers were seamless. The lodge and hotels we stayed in were absolutely amazing. We even managed to see all the big five and so much more. Thank you for making my trip so memorable for me and the family.

We didn't make a decision to go on our summer trip until May and we decided that we wanted to drive the ring road in Iceland. I called Audley travel and got a response immediately and was able to set up a consultation with Mareesa who is an Iceland expert. We discussed what we want out of the trip, what we like to do and not to do and within 48 hours she put together an itinerary that looked amazing. It was if she had known us for a long time, not just 1 day. It was a two week trip and looked incredible. All we had to do was book the flights.

I usually plan the travel and so having someone else do this made me a little nervous as I wasn't the one who made the reservations. My wife was also a little nervous that we would arrive at the car rental/hotel/tour and they would not know who we were. But nothing like this happened, we had 2 weeks of multiple hotels and multiple tours all around Iceland and not one single issue. Everything went as smooth as I could have hoped for. Additionally, we had time to explore on our own which we enjoy so the trip did not seem overplayed. Want to thank Audley and Mareesa for an amazing trip and would definitely use them again.

From the first email requesting a brochure to the last phone call, we can’t praise Audley and our travel specialist Ben Attenborough enough. They arranged everything that we had requested. Everything was seamless and perfect. This was a special trip for our 50th wedding anniversary and Ben made it perfect.

Having been recommended several times by friends to use Audley stating they were one of the best for ensuring
great service and stress free planning, we booked a safari to Kenya.
Andy Freeman,their Kenya specialist,arranged our whole itinerary for a 10 night trip.
We were met at Nairobi airport and assisted through immigration to our driver waiting outside and taken to our hotel for the night.
Picked up the following morning by the same driver
and taken to Wilson Aerodrome for our private flight
to our Conservancy Camp.
Every aspect of our trip was first class with very friendly professional staff, who could not do enough to ensure
a great holiday.
Add to that, seeing the big 5 including the elusive leopard three days running.
Definitely the best holiday we have ever had, Andy managed to accommodate all our requirements and we will be using Audley for all arrangements again.

I do like this Company, the helpful staff and their holidays. What I have severe difficulty with is their new Customer portal called My Audley. It is worse than awful. I tried to input my personal information five times today and each time My Audley threw me out. Customer support is leave an email and hope they will call you back. Someone in their management team really should take a view on whether to back out this system until it is fit for purpose. It appears stress and integrity testing is being left to Audley's customers. Unacceptable.

All worked smoothly
Weather was kind to us and we saw everything we’d hoped to see

One frustrations was the hire car was not prepaid for which wasn’t makes clear to me. One of our excursions was cancelled so it will be good to see the refund come through.

Communication was very bad. They seemed understaffed. I had to ask for information continually. They finally gave me a discount due to the long delays in communication. This was a simple trip to France. They did handle the logistics extremely well. All of the people we dealt with were excellent. Hotels were very good. We had a guide fail to show up for one of the tours, and Audley said they would refund the cost, which would have been fine. However, after multiple requests over many weeks, I ultimately had to dispute our payment with the credit card company before the refund actually showed up. We have used them in New Zealand and Morocco, and they were excellent. I could have set this trip up myself, with much less hassle, and saved money, but based on my prior experience I decided to let them handle a couple of hotels and the logistics. It seems that the way they work is to be a middle man between the client and a local tour company. Maybe the local French company is to blame for some of the communication issues - I received messages from the local French company like "sorry - it is a holiday and we are short staffed" - seriously? Every other day in France is a holiday, so this should be managed as routine. I will never trust Audley again for any future trips, because I don't know whio they will be working with. Very frustrating experience due to the poor communication. Not what I was looking for.

Our trip was so well organized and comfortable, with caring people picking us up at airports and hotels and taking us to destinations along the way. Took a lot of stress out of the travel.
Hotels were all comfortable and centrally located, so we found our way around easily. Really well organized trip!

Went on safari in Kenya and then on to Zanzibar for my 40th birthday so really wanted something special and I'm so glad I went through Audley. From the moment we caught our plane out to the moment we landed back in England everything was perfect and well organised. Anna was our contact there it was clear she knew what she was talking about - she walked us through every detail before the trip and her recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Will definitely use again - thanks Audley!

I thought the itinerary based on what I knew I wanted to see and what I didn’t know that would round out my experience of Shanghai was well planned.

We’ve recently returned from a family holiday touring Thailand which ranks as one of the best holidays we’re had to date. The advice, support and organisation provided by Audley meant that we were incredibly well looked after, the local guides and drivers were fantastic plus the excursions and hotels all exceeded expectation.

Fantastic travel experience. We travelled to Italy. Having all accommodations made for us including transfers with interpreters was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

We traveled to Tanzania, Zanzibar and Mauritius for 3 weeks, and every single day was amazing. We went on safari for about a week, followed by a week each in Zanzibar & Mauritius. Laura Coughlin at Audley listened to what we wanted and used our input to plan the ideal trip. We on safari to Nyerere & Ruaha National Parks, then stayed in oceanfront resorts on the islands. Audley's deep knowledge of the area & reliable in-country partners made this trip smooth from start to finish as we moved from location to location. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but this was an ideal trip. Laura sorted out the logistics, & then all we had to do was look at the animals, admire the scenery, tour the historical & natural sites, & relax. Will use them again.

David was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in organising our trip to Borneo, which was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. He kept us updated throughout the booking process, everything was arranged efficiently, and we felt supported every step of the way. We highly recommend David and the team at Audley to anyone planning a trip to Asia.

We wanted a special tour to Southern Africa for our Golden Wedding. Harriet arranged the most magical trip to Cape Town, Safari and Victoria Falls while keeping to our budget.
We have fabulous memories and we knew that Audley were the only people to use for this trip.

Audley were outstanding, we felt so ‘looked after’ for the booking process, the pre-trip check in, whilst we were away and when we got back. Booking through Audley made our trip feel extra special and stress free knowing that all the in-country transfers were organised for us. We couldn’t recommend them more! Natasha, Africa Specialist, was fabulous and hit all the things we wanted!

We booked our Honeymoon with Natasha in Jan 2025, 18 months before travel. This meant that the conflict in the Middle East affected our travel plans; Audley/Natasha dealt with this flawlessly, resulting in a change in itinerary of only an hour or two which was a million miles from what we expected.

What an amazing holiday in Borneo. Fantastic city hotel, jungle lodge, and island resort. Could not have gone any better, and Charlotte was a sensation.

Recently returned from a 14 night yacht cruise around the Galapagos Islands plus two overnights on land (Quito and Puerto Ayora) as a solo traveller. Superbly organised through their ground agents who escorted me from airport to hotel to airport to cruise, I was very well looked after by personable and knowledgeable staff.

The cruise itself was fantastic - the yacht was very comfortable, the crew were really friendly and welcoming, the naturalist guide was excellent and we saw amazing wildlife and volcanic scenery. I couldnt have wished for better.

Co-ordinated by Charlotte, a really enjoyable and memorable trip through Malaysia/Singapore. As usual, proved to be in very good hands with Audley ...a nice mix of very good and/or interesting hotels, the connections/transfers/ticketing/excursions all worked seamlessly. Though rarely needed, local agents responded very quickly to messages/queries. Audley our go-to company for bespoke multi-location long haul vacations.
