The product is fine for certain types of font and products. On a white product, the label looks dirty. Unfortunately on the website, it was not mentioned that the pearlescent label is cream or off white and not white. I used a mobile device to order the product. As it did not show the actual product against the white box like it does on the desktop site, I ordered it thinking it is a white pearlescent, similar to that what I ordered from different supplier.I am disappointed as I would expect that the website gives the correct information when I order. But what is even more disappointing is that it was made to look like it was my fault and was told to order a sample pack. I got a 20% discount and reordered a regular white plastic label. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal. It is not clear on the website as to what shade the pearlescent colour is besides a picture with a whitebox on the desktop site which was not visible to me on the mobile site. Because of this issue I am delayed in sending my products for sale. I reordered because of time, however I am not sure if I will want to order again.
