Benson and Bingham have been great to work with. They were handling a workman’s comp case and then another accident during the same time and they handled it very well and professionally. Ida and her team have been great to work with. They are all very professional and dedicated their job and making sure I was taken care of in any and every way. They were upfront about their prices and expectations. Having to deal with people located in Vegas was not an issue at all. I could always get a hold of someone on the team within minutes. Thanks benson and Bingham for taking such great care of my cases. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

After being rear‑ended in early December, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Benson & Bingham immediately put me at ease, and my case manager, Eva Villezcas, went above and beyond for me. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything in a way I could understand, and never made me feel like just another case. Her communication and support were exceptional. I’m truly grateful for her help and would recommend her and the firm without hesitation.

These attorneys claim I don't have a case when I know I already have a case. My last attorney (who I would have gone through had she not passed away) already set provisions for me to re-open my case whenever I needed to in the future. They NEVER looked at my case, they had some kid call me less than 24 hours later, and try to tell me about my case that they did not even take the time to look at. If it was too much work for you, you should have just said that, and NOT LIED about it. Zero stars given!!!

Hey Joey, First and foremost I haven't spoken to multiple attorney's about my case. So I have no idea about what your talking about, and Secondly, you keeping claiming I don't have a claim, when I already have a claim number. So if I don't have a claim how do you get a claim number. It was easy as hell to do. ANY run if the mill attorney could handle that (So I thought, my bad, I hadn't spoken to your law firm yet). It was a re-opening that specifically states I can re-open it whenever I need to. So please miss me with the B.S. and if you truly wanted people to form their own opinion of your firm, you wouldn't be trying to reply to me all the time Joey. Stop the lies, and the gaslighting Joey, people in 2026 don't like that kind of thing. Try and keep up!!! More reviews coming!
