absolut trash of a shop its like we are…
absolut trash of a shop its like we are in a country whit no laws i am having again problems whit the wareanty they can not even fix a spike ajustment to a wheel last jaar my bike was in servicr for 7 months and now they are doing it again i need some help a avocat if any one can help im open to suggestions

Never to be again with this store...so bad experience
We bought a new pedelec bike, it had problem at the first day of using. They tried to fix it (took 6 weeks), we retook it and used: problem happened again, but they said they could not change the bike...4 months later, we had an accident with the bike; they sent us a fixing quotation of the new bike (totally damage); in other hand, they sent another quotation to insurrance company with 3.000e without saying nothing to us about this. Now we are stuk with the situation: or receiving 3000e (half of the price after 6 months) or hopeless waiting....
