Lots of help given with choosing base layer clothing. John was excellent throughout. All the staff seemed eager to please. Julie runs a top class Blacks store.

When to the store this morning and the lovely young gentleman at the front to the store ( Sorry I have forgotten your name ) poined me in the right place to find what I was looking for. At the checkout the lovely gentleman John was pleasant.

I went in the other day to help my dad find a new pair of shoes and Saadia came over and was extremely helpful, friendly and patient whilst my dad was deciding which shoes he liked best and thanks to her help he managed to leave with a pair of shoes that he loves.

I was looking to buy some decent walking shoes (already have good boots) to use in a safari holiday. Blacks had really good selection and I was helped by Jamarion. A very pleasant and helpful assistant. He happily brought out several pairs for me to try and I finally settled in one pair. I found out at the checkout that he was still in training but I couldn’t have told. Well done to him and to Blacks for the range of choices they had.
