Jake was really helpful and very experienced. He helped us find the best deal and we were in and out with a bargain in no time.

I had to get some last minute boots for a walking trip and had great service from James. Knowledgable, friendly and professional even while being very busy.

Jake was incredibly helpful and lovely, he gave excellent advice on the shoe best suited for me, had great knowledge of the stock too. Really listened to why I would be needing them and gave great advice and tips based off of that. Friendly and chatty, I would definitely go here again as he was so helpful.

I went in to pick up festival gear yesterday just before closing time, feeling a bit bad about asking so many questions so late on a Monday. Josh gave me some very well needed expert advice on buying a pair of walking shoes for my summer hiking experience to Switzerland.

It was great to go into a shop and be advised on the footwear and socks that will serve my particular situation.

Both Josh and ollie were super helpful whilst i was looking for some new hiking shoes. Quickly came to a decision following their tips and advice. It just went so smooth and im so excited to start using my shoes. I really dont enjoy shoe shopping but this was the best experience i could have hoped for.

Sue, the assistant in the Bristol store, was very helpful indeed as well as knowledgeable about the walking boots I was looking at. I was able to spend time trying out the boots in the store and ended up making a purchase.

Brilliant experience, went it to try on some bags for backpacking, had a rough idea of what I wanted but needed a professional opinion. James was fab talked us through everything we needed to consider and made the decision much more straightforward. Came home with the perfect bag!
