This was simply a horrible experience, from the office setup to the attitude of the workers, to the treatment, it was really bad. The "exam" was performed in a makeshift office without privacy; the technicians were unfriendly, did not introduce themselves, and seemed unwilling to be there. This was my first appointment. I went there as I had recently moved, and I have healthy teeth and make sure I see a dentist twice a year. They told me that I had cavities and required a "deep cleaning" at an additional cost because of my excessive tartar buildup, and they could not perform a "normal" cleaning. Of course, I asked what the price was, and it was expensive. I said "no thanks" and went to a real dentist. The dentist performed a routine cleaning and confirmed I did not have any cavities requiring fillings. I would avoid this office at all costs.

Amazing experience!

It’s really difficult to get an appointment and even when you do get one- they change it without warning. This is the third time they shuffled me and I can’t go! Also they give you these stupid grades but they don’t give you a post visit summary. Very frustrating!!!!

Great experience

Wally is usually quick and easy but this time my appt was moved 30 min earlier to complete X-rays (I would have appreciated a call and not just a text to be sure the time worked for me). Once I arrived, I was seated and did X-rays quickly. But then the hygienist wasn’t ready yet so I was moved into 3 different chairs, one after the next, preparing for the hygienist who never came. Finally after about 30 minutes and nothing, I was moved back to the original chair I had been in and then the hygienist appeared. I would have appreciated coming at my scheduled time and doing everything then- it doesn’t make sense to bring someone in early for X-rays just to make them wait longer.

Also the tech who worked with me seemed angry, she kept slamming things around and tried to take my blood pressure with 2 cuffs which were out of battery or not working. When I told her they weren’t doing anything you pulled it off of me, hurting my arm.

It was a bit delayed but they communicated that. I left with my teeth cleaner than i have ever felt! Definitely worth the money!

I enjoyed my first experience and I’m excited to go back, people were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel like they were trying to unnecessarily upsell me, but instead help me understand how to better take care of my oral health

The hygienist (Collette) was friendly, and explained everything she would seek to accomplish before, during and after my initial exam. This helped set my expectations- which was exceeded by the level of care she delivered.

I received a comprehensive exam with an excellent cleaning at a very reasonable price. There were no excessive waits; I was seated at the exact time of my appointment.
