Great Guided Experience!
The integration guide was compassionate, patient and understanding. The sessions seem to really be helping with my depression where other treatments did not. I have treatment-resistant depression. I highly recommend Choose Your Horizon!

The pills are not working for me
The pills are not working for me. I can drink as much as I want with no consequences that was not what I was looking for. They didn’t help with the cravings to start. It didn’t make me sick at all with to much drinking and that was what I was hoping for.

If you want to cut down or quit drinking entirely, this is a great program to choose, especially if you participate in their online groups for support which are included and free. Definitely a more positive experience than AA.
I liked the fact that there was no pressure to quit entirely, just acknowledgment and support that you are trying to improve your relationship with alcohol. It really works!

I really appreciated the people I've worked with and their dedication to helping. They are fast to reply and have great availability for appointments. The app is super useful because it gives you tools to keep track of your progress, schedule appointments and a lot more. I've been super happy with the entire experience over the past 5 months.

I would have never thought, to be down to 1 drink, even 0 drinks , a day before this program. I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel now and don't feel hopeless anymore. Would highly recommend you just have to be committed.

I think there's nothing the company can…
I think there's nothing the company can do. I believe the ball is really in my court. I'm hopeful that the meds decrease the cravings, I feel like they have somewhat. I think I'm drinking less overall, except for, of course on band practice nights. I"m Not a hard alcohol drinker, beer mainly & a glass or two of wine with dinner. I'll stick with the program as long as I feel I'm progressing.

The Dr actually recommended me…
We initially had a misunderstanding about the plan and how the treatments are prescribed, but they reached out to me and explained in greater detail the options that are available. I feel they are sincere in wanting to make sure I recieve the safest and most effective treatment.
