I made a shirt for my hubby's birthday. The customization process was fun and simple. The shirt was printed and shipped quickly. Price point was on the expensive side. I was very disappointed when I received the package though. Someone literally cut the package open and lazily taped it shut. The shirt was domestically shipped so customs didn't touch it. No reason to open the package and ball the shirt up and put it back. There was not even a packing slip. Shirt was very wrinkled. I am sure this happened in transit but makes people not want to reorder again if thisnis the risk. My advice is to ship in some sort of discreet box or something.

The only "issue" was that the yellow was much lighter than it had been on the screen. It looked almost pastel yellow and it seemed like it needed another layer of ink.
