On time with their shipping and delivery dates, just took a bit extra time to get there (2 weeks). Apart from that I can’t fault the quality of the pc and the options available for customisation. No loose wiring or damage on delivery which is great and it’s running smooth! Great place to choose

Decent pc can barely hit 50fps though, payed for high end components and installed all the right drivers, not particularly impressed by the quality as well as price for a “high end” pc. I may be doing something wrong but still not work the money.

I have no doubt the machine itself is fine but when you pay over £3000 I would not expect to receive a machine with firmware issues that I have been told by customer services that I have to wait for Corsair to resolve and it is not Cyberpower’s fault as it is a known Corsair issue. The issue is with the ICUE and RGB items inside (MSI motherboard but Corsair rgb fans and memory) and their being some form of conflict that after a time the fans will just flash red with no option but to just restart the machine. Not a happy customer as I would question why the would build a machine with known conflicts.
