Great experience overall, was kept updated as to what stage the build as at, delivery was excellent. Couple of minor negatives, when we removed the top and side panels to remove the travel packaging, noticed the cooler fins had some dinks, and the thumb screws don't sit properly, maybe cross threaded

Computer was delivered without any damage or issue but many hours out of the given time frame, overall I'm very happy with the computer and had no issues with it so far.

Amazing product, exactly how I imagined it would look like after picking all the parts. Great experience. There was a hiccup with delivery over weekend but I got the computer the Monday after the weekend.

pc is good but when it was the case was damaged, i was able to bend back in shape and it didnt affect the appearance at all

Everything about this company is great other than one gripe I have with the optional purchases. When buying any rig prebuilt I expect the cable management to be as good as possible without having to pay extra, this should be a standard, not an option. However, the pc builder is great, the staff are helpful and know what they're doing. Overall a great experience.

Because of the times that we're in, I couldn't get the specs that I originally wanted, however, I am very pleased with how well this PC performs when gaming on Ultra settings. Was also pleasantly surprised by the Cyberpower UK customer service team, I was made to feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend Cyberpower UK to anyone contemplating having their PC custom built.
