The delivery service they used failed multiple times to go to the correct address despite having written instructions and a picture of my door, they also took a picture of a door that looked completely different and had a sign on the wall in said picture that clearly stated it was a different street. When it arrived to me it was battered and broken and I had to send it back. When they sent the "fixed" version back to me they'd managed to fail to slot the graphics card into the port but still screwed it in anyway. Several pieces were loosely rattling around inside the case including pcie clip that locks in the graphics card case clips, top of the cpu cooler and some screws. Half of the fans were loosely dangling around inside too. They also reused the old box which was torn apart by the previous delivery driver and taped back up by me. They cut every corner and clearly did not QA their product before sending it back off. If I didn't have a good amount of tech experience I would not have been to get the machine to run or worse would have actively damaged it in attempting to do so.

Base product is fantastic, I have changed most of the hardware though though cyberpowers selection. 5/5 system and the NZXT H4100 case is beautiful.

computer blue screens constantly when playing games...laughable that its a gaming pc and it blue screens n games really. I have contacted the customer support and i keep being told to rerun the stress tests that i've already run. Absolute joke

Bought for our 8 year old son with a couple of upgrades, we received fantastic advice from Chris that was very much appreciated. He has had it for almost a month now and loves it, it is really quite and runs much faster than anything I have had. It arrived really well packaged on the date stated at purchase, could not recommend cyber power highly enough and will definitely be using them again.
