I would like to start out by saying thank you so so much to the team at Cyberpower PC! I received my custom built PC from these guys at the end of January, this year so it's been a hot minute! & because it's been a while, I can very confidently say that I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my PC - it functions exactly how I want, runs anything I want it to and is honestly just perfect for me! (It's also very pretty to look at which is a definite bonus! (unfortunately I have no pictures to hand right now to add to this review)) ♡ In terms of the whole ordering process etc., it was super comprehensive & easy to pick the spec of the PC. Once ordered, it was built and shipped in a very resonable time frame for a custom PC & when it arrived it was packaged really securely & safely, exactly as expected for this kind of thing! Thanks again, guys ♡ TLDR; If you're on the fence just go for it, you won't regret it, a Cyperpower PC will be one of the best decisions of your gaming life!

Custom build pc ordered. Delivery was almost 2 weeks which I was a little disappointed with but given how busy they are totally understandable. Quality of the build was amazing. Packaging was amazing. One slight glitch on setup which the customer services team dealt with in minutes. I was originally looking at building my own however after pricing all the bits it was only a little more to have Cyberpower do it for.me.and get the warranty so easy decision. I wouldn't hesitate in buying again in the future and will have recommended to family and friends. At least one of which has already brought a new gaming pc.

Ive had some problems with the computer but i genuienly think it is because i have used a new graphics card which includes new and untested driver updates so i wouldnt put any blame on the company that built it for that reason. But I found some extra background softwares running which was interesting, and i also had to change some bios settings myself because of some compatibility issues. Overall good service just minor hiccups that shouldnt be too much of a concern

The PC works exactly as I wanted and I'm getting good use out of it. However, it arrived with the RAM sticks installed upside down, which took me a while to find out and caused a lot of stress. It is impossible for the PC to be switched on while the RAM is upside-down, so I know for a fact this wasn't tested before posting.
