The ordering process was easy and the website held a wealth of information for me to make my purchase. I had the option to choose which day my item was delivered on and it was delivered quickly and securely with DPD. The item was well packaged and all the information I needed was readily available. I should note that the Corsair case for this system is terrible and I had it replaced, but I'm giving this system a 5/5 on account of the CyberPowerPC team and their ability to deliver the modifications to suit my needs. On the Corsair case, I expected much better from this brand. There is cabling run externally out the underside of the case with no mechanical protection other than the case above it; the mind baffles as to why this design ever made it off the drawing board. Anyway, after a couple of whining emails from me bleating about the build quality of the case, Luke explained the returns process and offered some alternative case suggestions, of which I went for the Lian Li Lancool-216 (far superior build quality on this case). The system was picked up on the Thursday morning, and back with me again in its new shell Saturday morning. The replacement system build quality is exactly what I expect from these guys, it looks and runs great too. When the time comes I'll be back for my 4th desktop from CyberPowerPC because of the excellent customer service and build quality of the systems they offer.

I brought this computer for my 13 year old who lives to game. He does not moan any more about lagging and he loves the game play and look of it. That is extremely high praise from a teenager. The sales team were amazing and answered all my questions and did not make me feel stupid for having no idea. Five star service
