Not being confident enough to build my first PC myself the option to customise and exchange components is exactly what I needed with the reassurance of a professional build. Pictures and descriptions of each component helped compare and exchange item for my budget. The build is very clean and good cable management. Customer service was quick to answer questions and was helpful with changing components after purchase within the build stage. Delivery was as stated and the PC was package well.

For a number of years now, I was running my games on my laptop which I bought in Covid and it was starting to stutter a bit, so I decided to look at getting a updated PC to enable me to play games like the total war series in better clarity and colour in addition to playing games with friends. I had a tech friend help me to select the modular pieces and I was very impressed when it arrived, a large improvement over my last desktop PC which was very clunky and had a lack of upgradeable materials. Would recommend to anyone, I had a small issue when it booted up which the tech support team kindly assisted me with fixing.
