Had numerous issues. Firstly the unit came with bits not connected and I had to return it. Now the carrier DPD has delivered to wrong place and it looks like stolen. Now I'm waiting for a 'DPD investigation' which is 7days, still no PC been waiting a month now. When I read other reviews I was expecting a much better experience from Cyberpower

As usual, super happy about my new gaming rig, made a few custom stuff on it, and it delivers. Client for more then 10 years, and never had problems with them. Wow - 350 FPS Black Desert online ( remastered graphics ) - 100+ fps PoE 2 - 200+ fps

I have been using CyberPower since 2017, this is my 2nd custom build from them - this one adapted from the Ultra R99 Elite Gaming PC set up with some upgrades. It arrived very safe, sooner than expected and working exactly as hoped. Very very pleased. Thank you CP team!

Bought a customised ultra r99 PC and paid extra for some things like proper cable management and packing it all securely for transit. Have to say, I'm very impressed - this is my first time buying with Cyberpower and I'd honestly be happy to use them again. The process of choosing and customising was great (much better than other similar companies imo), lots of flexibility too. Had to speak with customer service to sort an issue out that was no fault of Cyberpower's, and the person was fantastic, really seemed genuine and happy to help. Would definitely recommend!
