Staff great. Shop is nice.
My problem was as a landlord I'm buying a lot and it's very annoying if I enter your shop to buy an advertised special price product and it's out of stock
This leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Excellent in store advice on appliances
Joe served us in store and offered practical advice, some of which we hadn't considered ourselves. When we asked to see the chest freezers he brought us to the display and then took out his tape measure. He advised considering an few cm of additional clearance at the side to allow the fan/heater to function properly when in place and measured the height of the freezer with the lid open(a measurement not available when looking online). He had in depth knowledge on the reliability of the make, size options and other freezer types we could consider. We were confident that we were choosing the right unit for us. Joe clearly has years of experience and is passionate about ensuring that the customer gets an appliance that will serve them well for years.

Positive experience and atmosphere
The whole experience in DID was amazing. As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us with a smile. Joseph helped us choose between a few options and took his time advising us on the right TV for us and our new home. He was very friendly and took his time helping us.
