I went into the store with very little knowledge about TVs, I was greeted by Cash a very approachable member of staff. Cash was a great help to me as he informed me in detail about the wide range of types and models available in the store. He was very patient and did not rush me into making a decision. On his advice I purchased my TV and a printer. I would highly recommend Cash and DID electrical to everyone.

I ordered my galaxy bud4 pro last Thursday week, I called DID
help line on Wednesday to be told the item was out for collection, on Friday I received an email telling me the item was misplaced and should be collected shortly which ment it would be next Monday before I received
I fly out for China on Monday morning so I called the DID help line and explained my situation to be told that the item would be credited back to me allowing me to get them elsewhere which I did today, then I received a WhatsApp from DPD that my item would be delivered to my workplace I did not read this message until after DPD tried to deliver the item to my workplace but there was nobody there so they did not deliver it and I could not contact anyone in DPD or DID today
