I can't praise enough Helen from DID…

I can't praise enough Helen from DID electrical in Navan. Throughout the years she has been most helpful, kind and most knowledgeable person you ever get to deal with. Whenever I'm in the store and I need help I'll alwys search for Helen to give me a hand. She'll always offer you the best advice based on your needs. It's alwys the best store to come in and deal if uou need any home appliances. Thank you Helen

Alec and Johnny delivered my washing…

Alec and Johnny delivered my washing machine yesterday morning.
They called to advise me of exact time 10 minutes before they were due to arrive and provided excellent care and attention while installing the appliance.
The installation was a little tricky and involved emptying a press a removing a back board but they did all of this without a word of complaint.
They also provided some tips on how to ensure longevity of the machine and they waited while they ran a test wash to ensure everything was perfect.
They were so courteous and kind during the entire process and answered any questions that I had.
I could not recommend these guys highly enough. It is great to see people take pride and responsibility for their work.
