Price gauging, don't pay these scamming prices.

I got the Wegovy pen as promised, no argument there. But the receipt of the pharmacy was still in there, and it said 138Euro. And yet, this website scams you by charging a hefty 400 euro for just one pen - so one month. I thought it meant a second month followup for the treatment was going to follow, but nope.

Sorry, but what a swindle to say the least. Asking 300% fees is ridiculous.

The difference between this amount and the total price paid should not be interpreted as a service charge added solely by Dokteronline. The total price covers the complete service provided through the platform, including the medication, the medical consultation and assessment by an independent doctor, and the services involved in facilitating and supporting the treatment process.

We aim to be transparent about our pricing, and the total amount payable is displayed before an order is confirmed and payment is made.

I feel completely misled by this…

I feel completely misled by this service.

I paid €29 for what I believed was an online consultation and prescription process for a common allergy medication. After the doctor approved my request, I was surprised to receive another payment request for €67.95.

At no point was it clear to me that I would end up paying nearly €100 in total for a consultation and a Dymista nasal spray. The follow-up email did not even clearly explain what the additional €67.95 charge was for.

As someone who already pays a very high monthly health insurance premium in the Netherlands, this experience feels extremely disappointing and poor value for money.

The medical approval was fast, but the pricing was not transparent enough. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully check all costs before paying for a consultation.

When ordering from the Netherlands, our platform indicates during the questionnaire that the online consultation costs €29. It also explains that, after medical approval, the order is forwarded to our partner pharmacy service, BlueClinic, for fulfillment of the prescribed medication. The additional charge relates to the cost of the medication provided by the pharmacy.

That said, we regret that this information was not sufficiently clear or visible during your experience. We take your feedback seriously and will do our best to improve the clarity and transparency of our communication throughout the process.

Very happy with Dokteronline services

Fast shipping and good spontaneous customer service. Some time after getting your order, you receive an email from the prescribing doctor to ask you if you have any additional questions. Strongly recommend!
