We went to Dreams in Valley Park Croydon today and were helped by Michael to choose the bed we wanted. He was very kind, helpful and patient with us, we had a drink and tried out the bed we wanted and were altogether impressed by him! We have purchased a lovely bed and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

Would definitely recommend Dreams from customer service up to the point of delivery. The delivery guys brought it to my room of choice as advertised and were so respectful even taking off their shoes before they entered the property. Keep it up!

Peacefully …
My daughter was served extremely politely, asked if we would like a coffee, the staff were very patient whilst daughter decided and they also explained the variation of each bed my daughter enquired about.
My daughter hasn't slept in her own bed for 7 yrs, due to being in a hospital bed, now she is sleeping peacefully at long last.

Very friendly & patients great service from start to finish.
Very friendly & patient team in the store whilst we made up our minds. I was rung in the morning of the delivery to confirm my time slot in addition to being emailed in advance.The drivers were very professional and had my bed assembled in no time. They explained about reassembling the bed should I need to move the it. All the rubbish was removed.All in all a very good experience.
