Tash and her staff were always very patient with me, allowing me to try on many watches, ultimately leading to me buying my perfect watch. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. I will definitely be going back for my next watch purchase.

We purchased an engagement ring on the 08/09/2023 and delivered on the 12/09/2023, we were advised the ring would be stronger as it was a platinum band rather than white gold and overall an expensive ring. Within 30 days the main diamond had become loose and the band had bent inwards and misshaped. It was part of a bridal set of which the other ring was not damaged even though worn at the same time. I work an office based job and therefore no manual handing apart from normal day to day wear. They said it could be due to heat which I don’t understand as that doesn’t sound realistic from just being on my hand. We tried to return to store (within the 30 day period on the 08/10/2023) and said because not in pristine condition it must be sent off for investigation for the cause of the damage, of which was returned as accidental damage from myself, although I have been extra careful with the ring and I am positive I have not damaged it in anyway. In the very limited time I have worn it, I have been so careful with it. This ring is not fit for purpose if this can happen in such a short space of time due to this being a ring you would usually expect to wear for the rest of your life, your expectations of the ring would surely have an extensive life. Unfortunately due to the ring being sent off for review, as expected the ring came back as customer fault and as consumers how are we in a position to argue this. I feel as if the ring was no where near fit for purpose and I have lost my trust with Earnest Jones, where before I would have rated them quite highly. Unfortunately my partner is now without a large some of money and I am left with a damaged ring, which should hold a high level of sentimental value. I feel as a consumer I would have more rights to return an item that is not fit for purpose within the 30 day period, even now I am amazed how quickly we were sold the ring and how lacking the support has been to follow.

All the ladies we saw - Iuliana, Emma, and Leah were sooo kind and friendly and made me feel really special. I even got a glass of Mimosa to celebrate and my fiancé had a coffee. It was a really wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Ernest Jones. 😀❤️💍
Upon revisiting the store I managed to have a polite discussion with the rep I had previously had a misunderstanding with. All is now well and I am probably going to pick up my next watch there.

Don't buy gold and jewellery from them I have bought a diamond set 1200£ and now after 1 year I need money and I wanted to sell them, unbelievable that I found they are not valued at more than 80£ the gem that has been used on them been very cheap I am really disappointed

I have brought my watch to the Ernest Jones store in Bournemouth for my guarantee.
Firstly, I wanna make a complain that my watch just has been bought for about a month and it already had some issues cause it has some steam on it.
Secondly, staff said I may have to wait about 4 weeks to get my watch back. I have agreed with that. But I have come back after 4 weeks and they said I may have to wait 2 more weeks and I was still OK with this. Today is exactly total 6 weeks since the day I have brought my watch and they keep saying I have to wait for few more weeks. This is a freaking joke and I have been treated like a child. I paid nearly 2 thousands pounds and I didnt expect I was treated like this.
Thank you very much for your bad customer service.

The shop where last Christmas my husband purchased my Longines watch had, sadly, closed down and I needed to find another jewellers who could remove some links from the watch strap as it was too big for me. Although this branch of Ernest Jones doesn’t sell Longines watches, the staff do have the willingness and capability to make the adjustments - not all good jewellers will do this - and, for a small charge the necessary adjustment was made without any fuss or bother. Service with a smile. This reinforces my previous good opinion of this retailer.
I purchased a womenswear watch, the lady was very helpful and kind . I was choosing between a silver and yellow one , her opinion helped me to make the right decision.
Despite the necessary Covid-19 precautions everything went exceptionally well.
Our sales assistant was friendly, polite and very helpful.

In store staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was also confident that covid infection control procedures were strong and my ordered size arrived in store earlier than anticipated. Nothing to fault.
