Purchased a Bridal Set March 2022. Saw that some reviews at the time said that a diamond had fallen out - but put this down to bad luck and proceed with the purchase - Big Mistake. Just wthin a year of purchase my wife noticed that a diamond was missing from the ring - well at least it happened within one year I thought so could have been worst. Well that’s when the problems started - ring was returned back in March 23 and today we have been informed after two “assessments” that we will have to pay for a repair as the view is that the problem was cause by the ring being knocked - my wife is not aware of ever having knocked the ring. I’ve tried to find the old reviews for this ring to highlight that this was a problem others had seen but it is no longer on sale so I can’t get to the old reviews. The one thing I thought we could rely on was the Ernest Jones brand but apparently not. We will continue to escalate our complaint so I hope to be able to update this review and star rating with a good outcome.

How shall i wear something if it is falling from my finger. She rudly measured my size. Went to her pc and wrote on the receipt exchange for scratched ring. Didn't show me the receipt told me you will then and then receive notification to collect the ring. No notification came. After passing that time,i went to the store. Store had no customer at all. Both sellers looked at me and looked away and finished their conversation until i urgently made eye contact with one of new staff(as i thought she is asian and will treat me diffrent) Unfortunately nowadays i have to think like that!
I tried my ring and said is tight and there is obvious cut inside the ring and small dent. Seller said in the summer don't take off the ring. I was shocked. How shall i not take it off when i am cooking or were i have to take it off. I said this not a good advice and quality. So i wanted a refund. It took her 20 min to look with her loupe to see the cut. And lied to me she can't see it! Even the experienced manager passed by she saw i am struggeling with the seller, even though there was no other customer she didn't offer to help. The manager heard how the staff was saying we are a leading company ect. I stopped here there and said this is not helping me. I was tierd talking to her for 40 min. I thought this my hard earned money i was on one day holiday. Out of tiredness i said ok i take it. She didn't even put it in a box gave it to me in a bag.
So Ernest Jones, since when can you not refund a item which is not fitting and hasn't a good quality!!! This is a misinformation and lie! Never go to the Bromley Store!!!

Bought a Diamond Ring it was presented in plastic bag very poor service they should take a leaf from Gucci customers service.

I saw the ring on line but decided to go to the shop as I wasn’t sure if my size. The assistant was very helpful and gave me advice on sizing. They didn’t have my size in the shop so I had it sent to me. Really easy and arrived within a few days.
Service was slow
Assistant could not find the right keys to open glass display unit

Helpful, polite and informative service, with a willingness to answer questions and engage with myself and my son.
I intend to go back to purchase something else, so that speak for its self.
Very friendly service. Found the item we wanted at a very good price.
We had great service from the ment we entered the building to the moment we left, was offered to look at many different watches and wasn't seen as to much.
The staff at the Bromley store were really helpful when it came to choosing my partner's wedding band. They discussed all the payment options and gave us the best service. The delivery was faster than expected too.
Terrible,ruined my wedding with their poor quality wedding rings.Only method of complaint was to fill in a stupid survey.Spent £1200 rings poor quality,felt tinny and had sharp edges,not the rings we were shown in the shop.After 6 months rings looked awful.Staff do not care.I am truly so upset
