My husband sent an email to Customer Service and they have now issued a refund, which I am grateful for. Still worried that they have damaged my watch which has now been sent to TAG Heuer by Goldsmiths so await their findings. Fingers crossed it is ok!
If I could put a zero star I would . I took my TAG watch to get a battery replacement and was assured it would be sent to TAG but Ernest Jones lied and carried out the replacement battery by their own watch personnel ! If anyone has a TAG you will know that TAG do not authorise a third party to do this service . I have been well and truly scammed by this company … manager Craig will not give a refund as said the battery has been replaced ! I was lied to by 3 members of their staff who told me when I specifically asked if the watch would be sent direct to TAG. I have now had to take my watch to Goldsmiths for them to send watch to TAG to get them to check that Ernest Jones have not damaged my watch !! Please do not go near this shop … devastated that I have been lied to and cheated and potentially maybe even have ruined my watch !!!

I visited this store to look for an engagement ring and left feeling embarrassed, judged, and uncomfortable.
From the beginning, staff laughed at my interest in a larger, higher-value ring. When I discussed my preference for a lab-grown diamond, the sales assistant told me that “true love” should involve a natural diamond grown over millions of years, despite me clearly stating my preference, as though my relationship was somehow less valid.
When I asked whether a 3ct ring could be ordered in so I could view it, the response was again laughter, followed by jokes about whether they would even be “allowed” to do that, that they would need to “shut the shop,” and comments about needing armed guards. This was said jokingly, but it felt uncomfortable, as though my enquiry was something absurd.
The interaction ended with a comment along the lines of “it’s okay, we do credit,” which felt like an assumption about my financial situation based purely on what, my appearance?
Shopping for an engagement ring should be an exciting and respectful experience. Instead, I felt belittled and rushed out of the store. This was unprofessional, judgmental service, and I will not be returning.

I had the displeasure of seeking help from Ernest Jones Dundee branch today.
When I entered the store one person was dealing with a ring purchase for a party of three. They sought the assistance of a manager who went to another counter to deal. There were two other Sales assistants in the store. Instead of acknowledging my presence, or even to say I would be dealt with, they got into conversation with the manager, for at least a few minutes. I honestly felt as though I was invisible at this point. It was only when I edged forward one of the Sales people offered to "help". As it turns out, they couldn't help and were completely dismissive of my query, offering no solution whatsoever. Needless to say, I won't be back, there are plenty other jewellers with better service.

Wanted to buy on credit. Applied two times got declined. I have good credit score and monitor it regularly on Experian. I have never had credit declined, and I earn twice the average British income in full time employment. I know why it got declined, because product was on discount.
Store could have told me that credit is not available on discounted products. Waste of time and humiliation when credit is declined in front of others.
Bad practice, I am going to report this to FCA

A particular mention to Craig who was so helpful and had so much patience whilst I tried on several rings on and took my time deciding what ones to go for. Craig really made the experience feel personal for us.
Also delivery was really fast into store and great communication letting us know when items had arrived.
We will most definitely be back and won't go to any other jewellers after this great experience.

Very disappointed and will not shop here again.
After less than six months my white gold engagement ring has yellowed significantly.
I understand that rings will require replating every few years but for it to need done so quickly is really disappointing.
My fiance went to the Dundee store to discuss options. The sales assistant was very sympathetic and agreed the ring needing replated so soon was unacceptable. However she said he would need to talk to the manger for a solution.
The manager was clearly unhappy with the sales assistant for agreeing with my fiance.
He stated the issue is down to normal 'wear and tear', possibly hand cream (which I don't use) or the natural oils on the skin? No other white gold ring I have had has reacted this way so this seems like a lot of excuses for a poor quality product.
I don't wear the ring every day and always ensure it doesn't come into contact with soaps etc.
He offered that the ring be replated stating it then wouldn't need done again for a few years but offering no reasonable explanation for why it needs to be done so soon in the first instance.
So now I am stuck with a poor quality ring I no longer want and am essentially being blamed for the condition it's in.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend from the ernest Jones shop in the over gate Dundee, I paid all in including insurance a total of £186.90 and when my girlfriend opened the present she noticed that the chain had a knot in it so she took it back into the shop and they removed the knot but it left the chain kinked. After having a debate with the woman in the shop my girlfriend decided to return it and get the money back as the chain still had a kink in it and it was so delicate. We then got told that they did not have enough money in the till so they had to refund it back into the bank account this was over 3 weeks ago and there is still no sign of the money phoned today to see what was happening and still no further forward this is shocking customer service

Very helpful assistant when we went into the Dundee store to purchase our wedding bands, Let us both try on various styles and gave great advice on what looked best. Also another very helpful assistant when we went into store a week later to collect out rings which had been ordered, will definitely shop here again
