We had a great experience buying our wedding rings here. Mary went above and beyond with her customer service, helping us pick our rings and explaining everything. She also organised for my engagement ring to be cleaned and re-dipped ready for our big day. Can’t recommend this branch enough and a special thank you to Mary for such a lovely easy experience.

I want to say how helpful and kind the service I was given at High Wycombe yesterday was. My diamond solitaire ring broke for the second time so this was the second time of having to visit the store with this problem. Although on the first time it was dealt with effectively I was made to feel that i had done something wrong to cause the problem, which i hadn't, so I was anxious about returning. On this occassion I was helped by GRACE and the experience was so much better. She was kind, understanding and very professional. She was able to organise the repair and alleviate my anxiety. Her customer service skills should be commended. Thank you.

I sent my mums watch to replace bracelet. I was told that It will take 2 weeks but I didn't receive it on time. My mum had to fly out without having her watch. I complain them but completely ignored me. Rude customer service.

Local Branch did not have the watch I required in stock but they helpfully checked the overall situation on availability & subsequently I ordered on line. Prompt delivery having being advised of carriers progress.

Excellent customer service in both High Wycombe and Slough shops. I would highly recommend Ernest Jones to anyone based on the service I received in both of these shops.. 5 of 5 fro me .. :)

Brilliant service, Store manager Sam was very helpful with a rather difficult problem getting a specialist watch strap. She persevered and eventually managed to get me a new watch strap.

A 20 years old treasured watch needed TLC, EJ were able to arrange its return to the manufacturer for a full service and restoration to 'as new' condition. Excellent service and communications.

Busy High Wycombe store but the young member of Staff was excellent, probably made the purchase in part because of her as had considered another store local also. Sam was also excellent when ring needed to be changed to correct size.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in finding us our dream wedding rings. They allowed us to try the rings on, checked our sizes and ordered the correct ones in. They explained the timeframe for them arriving, and booked us in to collect them which all went smoothly.

The staff were very helpful and made my shopping experience a pleasure.
