Absolutely shocking company with terrible customer service! I placed an order for an expensive engagement ring with delivery.When I received the order it was the complete wrong ring , some cheap silver one! So I contacted Ernest jones and asked what’s happened they took over a week to get back to me and are now saying that the ring Ive received isn’t one of their rings and are now saying they can’t do anything about it as they sent the right one, In which case their courier must have something to do with it but they aren’t happy to resolve the problem so I will be taking it much further! On top of this I was lied to serval times by their staff with misleading information which I was lucky enough to record the phone calls of them giving me misleading information and then changing what they say each time I called!
Do not shop at this disgusting company. Terrible customer service, should be embarrassed!

My husband had decided to buy me jewellery from Ernest Jones over the past couple of years. It is more expensive than other jewellers so he assumed it would be better quality. Unfortunately I have had two expensive pieces of jewellery that have been a huge disappointment. A rose gold diamond and morganite pendant where the flimsy chain broke and I lost the pendant. It cost £400 so it should have had a much stronger chain for that price. Also a belcher chain that broke after just a few wears. When I went back to the store I was told both had been “stretched” so nothing could be done to replace them. Not even a sorry for my disappointment in their jewellery. Don’t waste your money at Ernest Jones thinking if you are paying more you are getting better quality because you are not and if it breaks they will not replace it or even repair it free of charge. One very disappointed loyal customer who will not purchase from Ernest Jones again.

The service & attitude of Richard in the Poole store was outstanding. He rectified a problem with ordering on line so efficiently and with great professionalism, I cannot thank him enough.
He was so helpful in finding me my perfect,“special” diamond ring, he ordered it one afternoon and it was on my finger the following day, such fantastic service, he is a credit to your company. The other members of staff were as equally as helpful and friendly too. We will definitely be returning!

The lady who served me ( I can’t remember her name but she was a gorgeous, petite lady with blue eyes and blonde-ish curly hair ) provided me with customer service that was second to none. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was polite with a friendly and welcoming smile.
Although I’m not normally a fan of shopping, visiting this Ernest Jones was a highly enjoyable part of my holiday and I will definitely come back when I re visit Pool.

Didn’t feel welcome as a customer collecting a ring I ordered online , felt like I was a inconvenience!
Had a pair of gold hoops for my golden anniversary very good service from the staff but had to return them as they were faulty & one wouldn’t click & stay closed ordered me another pair no problem at all very happy with them.
Excellent service. Needed a Tag watch strap adjusted it was readily accepted and completed whilst I waited.

We have been using Ernest Jones for a number of years since I purchased our wedding set four years ago!
Surprisingly I was able to pay for our wedding set over a period of time via a gift card but they kept our set safe to one side which was fantastically helpful.
I have used them on all our special occasions & for one off purchases for my wonderful wife ever since!
Barry the manager particularly & Richard are very welcoming & can’t help enough being genuinely friendly people.
We have found the quality of there products fantastic & very impressive so would happily recommend to anyone thinking of making that very special purchase for there loved one or indeed themselves!
