Good value

The process was easy and good value for the investment. Nick was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of information to consider. Plus I didn’t need to move all my funds over.

The new tax relationship still needs some work and the website was a bit slow at times when uploading documents.

Advice/Education Rather Than Correction

Well, I got the impression that I was being corrected, instead of educated. Gary also tends to not have a plan of what we can discuss, ahead of time. And I think it would be great if he could remember important details about our profile (like who owns what, the nature of our business, and tax status) so he can better advise

Steve was excellent throughout our…

Steve was excellent throughout our evaluation process. Jill and I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, patience, and willingness to thoughtfully address every question we had along the way.

What stood out most was his ability to clearly explain complex retirement planning topics — especially tax strategy, Roth conversions, investment management, and how Facet’s integrated model works in practice. He was transparent, organized, and never pushy, which made a big difference during an important decision process for us.

Steve consistently followed through, provided detailed answers, and always gave us an attentive ear. He also helped us better understand modern approaches to coordinated financial planning that were new to us.

As we move forward with Facet, we’re excited and hopeful to continue receiving that same level of attention, responsiveness, and thoughtful guidance from our planning team and lead CFP. Jill & Carlos
