Nick was great to deal with he understood where I want to go

The process was easy and good value for the investment. Nick was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us a lot of information to consider. Plus I didn’t need to move all my funds over.

The new tax relationship still needs some work and the website was a bit slow at times when uploading documents.

Patrick was very informative and very positive with his presentation. Had lots of good advice and listened to our goals and what we would like our future to look like and most importantly how to get there.

Great first mtg and great guy. Ed is a straight shooter. No fluff, no bs.

Matt is great! He was able to answer all my questions and explain his recommendations in a clear/concise way that I could understand.

Mark was very professional and understanding of my particular circumstances. He went over all aspects of my situation and we were able to come up with a plan that was understandable and explained in layman's terms.

Well, I got the impression that I was being corrected, instead of educated. Gary also tends to not have a plan of what we can discuss, ahead of time. And I think it would be great if he could remember important details about our profile (like who owns what, the nature of our business, and tax status) so he can better advise

What stood out most was his ability to clearly explain complex retirement planning topics — especially tax strategy, Roth conversions, investment management, and how Facet’s integrated model works in practice. He was transparent, organized, and never pushy, which made a big difference during an important decision process for us.

Steve consistently followed through, provided detailed answers, and always gave us an attentive ear. He also helped us better understand modern approaches to coordinated financial planning that were new to us.
