Femilet/Chantelle webshop is fine for browsing but once you place an order you won't get any kind of clarity or customer support.
The delivery time is incorrect, because it takes longer than stated. You can't track the process to figure out where your order is and they don't respond to emails. Simply disrespectful.
The worse customer service I ever experienced. If one has an issue with their online order, one cannot call customer service, you are referred to their e-mail. But it takes weeks to get an answer to your e-mail - if you get an answer at all. At this point Femilet.dk is not refunding me the money that I am owed for orders placed and returned two months ago. I can read in other people's reviews on Trustpilot that the company has had some issues and there are many complaints about the lack of response. But Femilet does not communicate any of the problems the company may have had directly to the customers that contact them via e-mail. Instead they keep the customers in the dark and withhold money with no explanation. Femilet: FYI you would surely have much fewer dissatisfied customers if you kept them in a loop. Even a simple standard e-mail explaining the situation you had would be 1000 times better than not answering at all. This should be Customer Service level 101 and you should know that. Instead you choose silence. And you withhold money for months. Absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order in this shop online on august 22nd 2014. After two weeks, I send them an email telling them that I hadn't received it. The answer was that I should look for a note in my mailbox, and that they would ask to mail service. I wrote them back right away, saying that of course I had NOT received the order, and that there was not and had not been a note in my mail box. I wrote them again in the next weeks (three times) about their inquiries to mail service, and (again) telling them that my package had not arrived, with no response from them whatsoever. They just ignored my emails.
It was disappointing, and it was frustrating, to see how low opinion they have about their customers, and that lack of manners. I would NEVER in my life recomend this femilet online shop to anyone. Pity, because I had high expectations after I had been using their products acquired in a regular shop.
