The filter gives us good clean water every day. It cleans out all of the chlorine and such. It is easy to change. Simply a Great Filter and Company.

Not so much the product as the customer service I received. I was never notified that filters were sent out. (Had a subscription which I didn't remember from a year ago). I called to cancel this subscription and was told the filters weren't sent out yet. All is good, until I get a email from Fed Ex that the filters are on there way. I call you back again and the person I originally spoke to never cancelled the order. Horrible customer service.
